A PRAYER FOR SERVICEMEN AND WOMEN
Catholic Quote, Valparaiso, Ne 68065
O GOD OF MERCY, we beg you now to protect in a special way those who are fighting for us and for the country we love. Bless them and take care of them. If they are tried, give strength. If they are wound and suffering, give them comfort. If they are lonely, touch them with you gentle hand and let them know that you are near them.
And if it be your holy will that they should give up their lives for us, grant them a peaceful death and a home with you in heaven.
Hasten the day, dear Lord, when we may all enjoy the blessings of peace once more. Amen
Blessed Mother, Pray for them.
St. Joseph, Pray for them.
St. Benedict, Pray for.
PRAYER FOR FAMILIES
O Lord, Jesus, God of Love, You are the center of our family. You humbled yourself and came to live among us. The greater part of your life was spent in your home with Joseph and Mary.
Take our family, let your peace be with us! Help us to do your will in all that we say or do.
Guide us, Jesus, in our family decisions, in our financial needs and worries, in our work our play and in our study.
Give us a strong faith, strengthen our relationship with you. O Lord, keep us on the path to the Father! We ask this in your holy name. AMEN
PRAYER FOR VOCATIONS
O GOD, Who wills not the death of a sinner, but rather that he be converted and live, grant we beseech thee, through the intercession of the Blessed Mary, ever Virgin, St. Joseph, her blessed spouse and all the saints , an increase of laborers with Christ, to spend and consume themselves for souls through the same Jesus Chris the Son, Who liveth ad reigneth with thee, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, world without end. AMEN
